Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?Yes — free shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum required.

How long does it take to receive my order?Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Can I track my order?Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?Currently, we ship within the United States. Stay tuned — we're growing.

Is the coffee fresh?Always. Every order is packaged fresh, specifically for you. That's why each bag is made to order — no sitting on shelves, no guessing how long it's been there.

What grind options are available?Grind options vary by product. Check the individual product page for available selections before ordering.

I'm not sure which coffee to try first. Any suggestions?Start with our Best Sellers Sample Pack — it's the easiest way to explore the lineup without committing to a full bag. Find your coffee, then go from there.

Do you offer decaf?Yes! Check out our Peru Decaf — same quality, no caffeine.

Do you sell tea?We do. Our tea lineup is herbal, floral, and intentional — just like everything else here. Browse the full selection under the Tea tab.

Returns & Credits
Do you accept returns?Because all products are packaged fresh per order, we are unable to accept returns. Every bag is made specifically for you — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
What if I have an issue with my order?We want every cup to be right. If something isn't, reach out to us directly through our  Contact Us  page. We'll review your situation and discuss possible credits or solutions on a case-by-case basis.
